crafting the message to be conveyed to the marketplace about the company and the opportunity;
Develops a sourcing strategy that employs multiple targeted avenues to identify qualified candidates
quickly;
Implements and closely manages a search process using state-of-the-art technology and tools;
Provides expert assessment of candidates to include validating credentials and abilities through reference checks; and
Initiates on-going communication with the client throughout the search process to review progress and
resolve impediments to reaching a successful conclusion.
